This holiday home has two additional bedrooms downstairs from the three upstairs, providing plenty of space for a big family getaway. With a second loungeroom, a kitchenette, and a deck, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The downstairs area has a deck with BBQ and grassed backyard area ideal for the kids.

Well-equipped family home, perfect for holidays

The kitchen is well-appointed, featuring a butler’s pantry, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a double door fridge. The oversized communal kitchen island is perfect for gathering around and overlooks the open plan lounge and dining area.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a well-appointed ensuite with a bath, built-in robes, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large built-in robe and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a double bunk with a separate king single and trundle.

The living area is equipped with a cozy fireplace and a spacious, oversized modular lounge that’s perfect for curling up on. The dining area opens out to a private, undercover outdoor lounge area and BBQ.

When you arrive, you’ll find all the beds made up with crisp white linen and fluffy white towels. (Just remember to bring your beach towels!) The gaming room with a smart TV will keep the young ones entertained for hours. You even have the option to bring your own gaming console.

The double lockup garage has internal access and a ping pong table. The well-equipped laundry opens out to a covered drying deck for any wet beach towels!

Only a 10-minute walk to the patrolled end of One Mile Beach, this home is also just a short walk/drive to the fantastic local cafes, Plunge Forster and Boston Brew Co, and the local brewery, Coastal Brewing Company.

With so many fantastic beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops, and scenic walks within minutes of this spectacular home, you’ll have no shortage of things to do.

Wi-Fi is provided as well as a smart TV so you can enjoy your movies from your own Netflix account.

This property can also be split to stay in just the three bedrooms upstairs, where you will have access to all of the key features of the property, including the large lounge, dining, kitchen area, and pool, as well as the backyard.
